At Weatherproof®, we stand by the quality of our outerwear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to maintain the integrity of the garment during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
